Notice of cancellation must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat by 2 September 2019 at email@example.com.
50% of registration fee (not inclusive of 7% GST charges) will be refunded for cancellations made on or before 2 September 2019. This will also apply to offline registrations. No refunds will be made after the stated date.
Cancellations received after 2 September 2019 and ‘No-Show’ will not qualify for refund and the delegate remains liable for the full registration fee.
Delegates are to ensure that they have received an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the Conference Secretariat.
From the date of receipt by the Conference Secretariat of the delegate’s notice of withdrawal or cancellation, the Conference Secretariat will proceed to delete all registration details submitted by the delegate within the next 10 working days.
Delegates who are unable to attend the conference may send an alternate from the same institution/organisation for a one-for-one substitution of the same registration category and fees.
All substitution requests must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org by 20 September 2019, together with the full name and contact details of the replacement delegate
